I am writing on the subject of the proposal for the Pizza Hut property. Friends live in the blocks
nearby and I have visited there often. The placement of a too-large building would upset the nature
of the community in residence there all these many years. Please consider a 3-story building instead,
maintaining, as it more easily would, the flavor of the neighborhood (and its safety) with its small,
reasonably-sized private homes.
