Consent 1. Authorize Payment of Accounts Payable Claims for Goods and Services (LaMeres) 2. Authorize the Mayor to Sign the Findings of Fact and Order for the Opportunity Sub-Division Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat, Application 16235 (Quasi-Judicial) (Rice) 3. Authorize the City Manager to Sign a Grant Application from the Department of Justice, Office of Violence Against Women, for the Gallatin Project to Address Issues of Domestic Violence, Stalking, Sexual Assault, and Dating Violence (McLane) 4. Authorize the City Manager to Sign a Professional Services Agreement with the Western Transportation Institute for Downtown Parking Inventory and Occupancy Study (Winn) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-4 as submitted. I. Items Acted Upon Without Prior Unanimous Vote 1. Ordinance 1920 Final Adoption, Building Maintenance and Demolition of Historic Structures Municipal Text Amendment, Application 14623 (Saunders) Consider the motion: That the City Commission approval final adoption of Ordinance 1920 establishing a requirement for structures to be maintained city-wide and revising procedures for demolition of historic buildings and buildings within the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District and historic districts. J. Public Comment - Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. K. Mayoral Proclamation 1. Proclamation Regarding the Visit of Miguel Fraga, Cuban Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the City of Bozeman, Montana L. Special Presentation 1. Distinguished Budget Presentation Award (Taylor) 2. Unified Development Code / Design Manual Document Update (Matsen) M. Action Items 1. Adopt the General Fund Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2018-2022 (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt the General Fund Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2018-2022. 2. City Manager Recommendation on Regulations for Mobile Vending and Commission Direction (Kukulski) Consider the motion: I move to direct the City Manager to return to the Commission with an ordinance for provisional adoption regulating mobile vending as provided for in the City Manager's recommendations. 3. Legislative Update (Kukulski) Consider the motion: No motion is required. Advertised as Action Item so that Commission may direct staff as necessary. N. FYI/Discussion O. City Commission meetings are re-aired on cable Channel 190 Wednesday night at 4 p.m., Thursday at noon, Friday at 10 a.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. In order for the City Commission to receive all relevant public comment in time for this City Commission meeting, please submit via www.bozeman.net or by emailing agenda@bozeman.net no later than 3:00 PM on the day of the meeting. Public comment may be made in person at the meeting as well.
