The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the
Commission Room, City Hall Building, Wednesday, May 2, .l962 at l:UO o'olock
p.m. Present were Mayor Staudaher, Commissioner Sedivy, City Manager Cutting,
City Attorney Berg and the Clerk. I
The fO.llowing proceedings were had:
Minutes of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Commis-
sioner Sedivy, seoonded by Mayor Staudaner, that the minutes be approved as read
and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye
being Mayor Staudaner and Commissioner Sedivy; those voting No, none.
Gas Fitter and'Plumbing Bonds -- C. W. Schmid Plumbing & Heating
In comp.liance with Chapter 16.U4 of the Bozeman Munioipal Code, the
Plumbing Code, the plumbing and gas fitter bonds of C. W. Schmid Plumbing and
Heating of Missoula, Montana, were presented. The bonds were approved as to
form by the City Attorney and it was reoommended by the City Manager that the
bonds be accepted and approved. Commissioner Sedivy moved that the bonds be
approved and accepted and the motion was seconded by Mayor Staudaher and carried
by the fo.llowing Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Staudaher and
Commissioner Sedivy.
Cancellation of Bond -- Brown Plumbing & Heating Co.

A notice of oanoellation from the Amerioan Casualty Company, the bonding
company, whioh stated the Master Plumber's Bond of Brown Plumbing & Heating
Company will be canoelled effeotive June 30th, 1962, was presented. The motice
of oancellation was approved as to form by City Attorney Berg, and it was moved
by Mayor Staudaher, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the oancellation of
the bond be approved effective June 30, 1962, and the motion was oarried by
the fO.llowlng Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Staudaher and
Commissioner Sedivy; those voting No, none.
Reports for April, 1962

The following reports for the month of April were presented:
Disposa.l Plant Operator Fire Chief
Librarian Police Judge
Building Inspector
The City Manager commented on the reports and reoommended their approval.
It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Mayor Staudaher, that the
reports be approved and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the follow-
ing Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Staudaher and Commissioner I
Sedivy; those voting No, none.

The City Manager stated he had audited the claims and found them to be
true and lawful claims against the City of Bozeman and recommended that they
be approved and warrants issued for their payment. After examination of the
claims in detail and checking against the claim register, it was moved by
Mayor Staudaher, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that ail claims as presented
be approved and the motion was carried by the fO.1lowing Aye and No vote:

Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this
time it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Mayor Staudaher, that
the meeting adjourn and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No
vo te : those voting Aye being Mayor Staudaher and Commissioner SediVY;
those voting No, none.
