421 N. Broadway Site plan with COA application for an addition to an existing structure and
parking for a specialty food marking and food processing.
B. 16517 Baxter Office Building Site Plan (Rice)Revisions
3785 Trakker Trail. Site plan application for a mixed use building with commercial on the
ground floor and residential on the second floor.
C. 16502 Rosa Apartments Master Site Plan Application (Rogers)
4951 Sherwood Way. A Master Site Plan Application to allow the development of a 194
residential units in five (5) phases with street improvements, open space, parking, and
related site improvements.
D. 16502 Rosa Apartments Site Plan, Phase 1 Application (Rogers)
4951 Sherwood Way. A Site Plan Application for Phase 1 of the Rosa Apartments Master
Site Plan to allow the construction of three (3) 18 unit apartment buildings with street
improvements, open space, parking, and related site improvements.
E. 17016 Affordable Townhouses Zone Text Amendment (Saunders)
Citywide. A zone text amendment to change how lot areas are calculated for affordable
townhomes. It would permit flexibility to allow the minimum lot area per dwelling to be
averaged. Change proposed to Table 38.08.040-1 BMC.
F. 17017 3991 Valley Commons building C Site Plan(Jadin)
3991 Valley Commons Drive. A site plan application for a 3,031 square foot commercial
building. The site includes two existing buildings and existing parking and circulation.
