Message: Your measurements to implement a sales tax won't help the property owners, it will
only hurt the students of the city. Property taxes are high, because the demand for property is
high. Maybe the city should make sound investments in decent housing which relieves
congestion, infrastructure and more beautification before it tries to implement taxes.
