One builder position with an updated term of December 31, 2018. One citizen of Bozeman not employed in the development industry position with an updated term of December 31, 2018. BACKGROUND: Three terms on this committee expired December 31, 2016 (builder, citizen of Bozeman not employed in the development industry, and other member as selected by the City Commission). One current vacancy for a CPA expires December 31, 2017, and one current vacancy for a land developer expires December 31, 2017. Two current board members have reapplied and one new applicant as applied. The Impact Fee Advisory Committee, established under 7-6-1604, MCA, and Commission Resolution No. 3840, adopted on September 6, 2005, shall consist of nine members to be appointed by the City Commission. The members shall be: • the City Engineer; • the City Finance Director; • a certified public accountant who shall hold no other public office or employment; (vacant, expires December 31, 2017) • a builder; (vacant, updated expiration of December 31, 2018) • a land developer; (vacant, expires December 31, 2017) • two citizens of Bozeman not employed in the development industry (1 expired, updated expiration of December 31, 2018); and • two other members as selected by the City Commission (1 expired, updated expiration of December 31, 2018). A majority of members must be residents of the City of Bozeman. Appointments are made for two years. The Committee will act in an advisory capacity to the City Commission. 167 This board currently has three ongoing vacancies, two expired terms, two reapplying members, and one new applicant.
