Call meeting to order – 6:30 p.m. B. Changes to the Agenda C. Public Comment – Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record. This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Committee. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes. D. Minutes – January 3, 2017 E. Discussion/Action Items 1. Introduction of Neighborhood Coordinator Jessica Johnson to Board 2. Review of Aspen Street pedestrian bridge project and project costs 3. Discussion – possible request to vacate portion of East Aspen Street right-of-way extending east from North Wallace Avenue – Bobbi Clem 4. Possible budgeting of monies for RUDAT project; possible discussion regarding anticipated outcomes of RUDAT (Possible motion and vote to or not to assist in funding of project) 5. Review of 60% design drawings for East Peach Street and East Tamarack Street 6. Updates on current projects and updated project cost estimates – KLJ 7. Staff updates on items of interest to the Board – Brit Fontenot 8. Update on financial status of NURB fund – Robin Sullivan 9. Elect Chair and Vice Chair (May wish to delay until Commission has appointed new voting member) 10. Set agenda for March 7, 2017 meeting or cancel meeting F.
