Message: Re: Saving Bozeman. Without any mechanism in place to prevent sprawl, the
argument that density is the answer to sprawl is hollow. Currently, we are building up and out.
Two, Black-Olive would be a non-issue if it was a three story building. I think you know that.
Three, tourists don't flock other towns in Montana like they do to Bozeman because Bozeman
has, so far, been able to maintain the small, western town feel that people from other places love
to experience. Get rid of that and threaten the tourist dollars flowing in to Bozeman.
