HomeMy WebLinkAbout1962-02-14 43 Bozeman, Montana February 14, 1962 The Commission of the City of Bo~eman met in regular session in the Commis- sion Room, City Hall Building, February 14, 1962 at l:OU o'clock P.M. .Present were I Mayor Staudaher, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Morrow, City Manager Cutting, City Attorney Berg, Asa't. City Manager Fryslie and the Clerk. The following proceedings were had: Mimlt~8 of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Commis" sioner Morrow, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor steudaher, Commissioner Morrow and Commissioner Sedivy; those voting No, none. Re por ts The following reports were placed before the Commission: Cemetery Fluoride tion Director of Public Service After commenting on the reports, the City Manager recommended their approval. It was moved by Commissioner SediVY, seconded by Commissioner Uorrow, the t the reports be approved and filed. The motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye be1.ng Mayor Staudaher, Commissioner Sedivy and Commis- I sioner Morrow; those voting No, none. Mayor' a Absence -- Meeting of February li, 1962 Mayor Staudaher announced that he would be absent from the next regular meeting of the Commission to be held February 21, 1962 . In compliance with Cha- peter 2.08 of the Bozeman Municipal Code, it was moved by Commissioner SediVY, seconded by Commissioner Morrow, that the absence of Mayor Staudaher be author- ized and Commissioner Morrow be designa ted to act as M,a,yor during the absence of Mayor Staudaher. The motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Staudaher, Commissioner Sedivy and Commissioner Morrow; those voting No, none.
