City Officials Authorized to Attend Meeting of Montana Municipal League
A meeting of the LegIslative and Exec uti ve Committee of the Montana Municip,'l.1_ League will be held
in Helena, Montana on Thursday, November 9. 1961. It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by
Commissioner Staudaher, that the City Manager and members of the City Commission be cluthori7.ed to
attend Lhe meeting. The motion was ca.rried by the following Aye and No voLe: those voting Aye being
Mayor Swanson. CommissJoner Sedlvy and Commissioner Sta1.]daher; those voting No. none.

The City Manager reviewed the reports with the Commission and recommended that the reports be
approved and filed. It was moved by CommissIoner Stal1daher, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the
reports be approved and filed and the motion was cn.rried by the following Aye and No vote: those

The City Hanager stated he had alJdited the clnims and fOlmd them to be tr~Je c;.nd lnwf1l1 claims
agninst the City of Bozemnn and recommended that they be approved a.nd vmrrants issiled for payment.
After examination of the claims in detail and checking against the claim register, it was moved
by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Staudaher, that the clrdms be a.pproved and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Hayor Swanson.

There being no further business to come before the Commission at. this time it was moved by
