1. Call to Order - 3:00 p.m.
2. Signing of Notice of Special Meeting
3. Work session - zoning designations for Laurel Glen (156.96 acres located along north side
of Durston Road approximately 1300 feet west of its intersection with Cottonwood Road)
4. 6:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence
5. Minutes - January 18 and February 7, 2000, and January 30,!N!gV~ro,p~rp, and
November 13, 2001
6. Consent Items -
a. Acceptance of Quit Claim Deed for 2.068-acre tract located in the SW'I/4,
SE%, Section 18, T2S, R6E, and the NW'I/4, NE'I/4, Section 19, T2S, R6E,
MPM - Margaret M. Hausser Living Trust, 1102 East Kagy Boulevard
b. Authorize Mayor to sign - Quit Claim Deed between City and Owenhouse
Hardware Company - 8-foot-wide strip of vacated North Ida Avenue
extending northward from East Mendenhall Street
c. Claims
Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate
persons to complete the necessary actions
7. Ordinance No. 1550 - amend zoning designation from "R-2a" to "R-O" on 15.20-acre
parcel described as the north :t 1,550 feet of Lot 5, StoneRidge PUD Minor Subdivision
No. 1 (along west side of North 19th Avenue lying between North 22nd Avenue and
West Oak Street) (JM) (Previously Item 7 on November 5 agenda)
Motion and vote to finally adopt
8. Ordinance No. 1551 - amending the Bozeman Municipal Code by adding new sections,
1.01.110 and 2.40.060, providing for adoption under self-government powers all
ordinances and regulations in effect on July 1, 2001, and superseding state law to the
extent inconsistent with Bozeman Municipal Code Section 2.40.010.
Motion and vote to provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks
for final adop tion
9. Ordinance No. 1552 - amending the Bozeman Municipal Code by adding chapter 11.01
to provide for the use of eminent domain powers and superseding MCA 7-5-4106 and the
urban renewal law where inconsistent with this chapter.
Motion and vote to provisionally adopt and bring back in two weeks
for final adoption

future Oak Street, Harper Puckett Road and future Deadman's Gulch) (P-O 123) (Dale B)

13. Public hearing - Conditional Use Permit for Planned Unit Development - Baxter Meadows
Planned Unit Development, Phase I - allow for 65-acre mixed use development to include
up to 156 residential dwelling units (Z-01204) (Dale B)
