In comnliancp with Chapter sixteen of the Bozeman Municipal Code, the plumbin~ amI C:<'lS fitters
bond of Bddie Kuch, Billings, Montana, was presented for approval. Th0 City Manager reported that
the Building Inspector han examined and recommended approval of the license bond. The City Attorney
also approved the license bond as to form. It was moved by Commissioner Morrow, seconded by Comm-
issioner L8ngohr, that the license bond be approved ann accepted, and the motion was carried by
the following Aye and No vote:those voting Aye being Commissioner Morrow, Commissioner Langohr, and
Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none.

Commissioner Morr01" reported on the Montana-Idaho Assembly on State Legislature in American
politics hpld in Missoula l-{~ December 1966. His report consisted of a complete resumE' of the entire>
program ann the values received therefrom. It was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconoed hy Mayor
Sedivy, that Commissioner Morrow be highly commended on the report and the motion was carried by the
followinp; Aye anr1 No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Langohr, and Mayor Sedivy; those
voting no, None.

The City Manager commented on th~ claims and found them to be true and laHful claims against
the City of Bo:>:eman and recommended that they be approved and the Director of Finance be directed
to issue warrants in payment. After examination of the claims and checking against the claim re-
gister, it ,,,as moved by C.ommissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Morrow, that the claims be
approved, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and no vote: those voting Aye being
Commissioner Langohr, Commissioner Morrow and Mayor Sedivy; those voting no, none.
