Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-10 as submitted.

Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4765, Amending the City's Annual Budget for Street
Impact Fee Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017.
2. Authorize the City Manager to Sign a Professional Services Agreement with Sanderson
Stewart for Kagy Boulevard Interim Improvements (Woolard)
Consider the motion: I move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Sanderson Stewart for
the Kagy Boulevard Interim Improvements Project, and authorize the City Manager to execute the
document on behalf of the City.
3. Resolution 4761, Resolution of Intent to Create Special Improvement District Number 739 for
the 2017 Street Reconstruction Project (Gamradt)
Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4761, Resolution of Intent to Create Special Improvement
District Number 739 for the 2017 Street Reconstruction Project.

4. The South University District Phase 2 Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat to Subdivide a 108-
Acre Tract of Record, Southeast of the Intersection of South 11th Avenue and Campus
Boulevard, Application 16469 (Quasi-Judicial) (WerBell)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all
the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for Application 16469
and move to approve the South University District Phase 2 Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat with
conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions.
5. Resolution 4770, Authorizing the Midtown Urban Renewal District Tax Increment Finance
Assistance Program and Authorizing the Bozeman Midtown Urban Renewal Board to Provide
for the Administration of the Program (Fine)
Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4770, Authorizing the Midtown Urban Renewal District
Tax Increment Finance Assistance Program and Authorizing the Bozeman Midtown Urban Renewal Board
to Provide for the Administration of the Program.
6. Ordinance 1923 Provisional Adoption, Revising Bozeman Municipal Code, Chapter 40, Article
3, Division 3, Wastewater Collection and Treatment System (Woolard/Cooper)
Consider the motion: I move to provisionally adopt Ordinance 1923, Revising Bozeman Municipal Code,
Chapter 40, Article 3, Division 3, Wastewater Collection and Treatment System, and direct that the
ordinance be brought back for a second read after 30 days.
7. Resolution 4764, Adopting Pollutant Limits for Industrial Contributions into the City's
Wastewater Collection and Treatment System (Woolard/Cooper)
Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4764, Adopting Pollutant Limits for Industrial
Contributions into the City's Wastewater Collection and Treatment System.
8. Legislative Update (Kukulski)
Consider the motion: No motion is required. Advertised as Action Item so that Commission may direct
staff as necessary.
9. Appointments to the Cemetery Advisory Board (Michalson)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint up to three applicants to the Cemetery Advisory Board with
updated terms of December 31, 2019.
10. Appointments to the Bozeman Midtown Urban Renewal Board (Michalson)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint applicants to:

One non-voting member to a position with an existing vacant term expiring January 31, 2018,
One non-voting member to a position with an existing vacant term expiring January 31, 2019,
One non-voting member to a position with an updated term of January 31, 2021, and/or
One voting member to a position with an updated term of January 31, 2021 to the Bozeman Midtown
Urban Renewal Board.
11. Appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (Michalson)
Consider the motion: I move to appoint applicants to:
One At-Large Position with an existing term of December 31, 2018,
Three At-Large Positions with updated terms expiring December 31, 2019,
One School District 7 Position with an updated term expiring December 31, 2019,
One Student Position with an existing term of October 2, 2017, and/or
One Student Position with an updated term expiring October 2, 2017 to the Recreation and Parks
Advisory Board.

meeting, please submit via www.bozeman.net or by emailing agenda@bozeman.net no later than 3:00 PM on
the day of the meeting. Public comment may be made in person at the meeting as well.
