In concurrence with the recommendation of the City Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Morrow , seconded by Commissioner Langohr. that the purchase of the copper pipe be approved and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none. A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF TAXES UPON ALL THE PROPERTY IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 439 IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, COUNTY OF GALLATIN, STATE OF MONTANA, TO DEFRAY THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING AND MAKING THE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN SAID SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 439. I Following a discussion of the Agreement and in concurrence with the recommendation of the City Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Morrow, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the subject Agreement be approved and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission be authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City and tha t Edmund P. It was moved by Commissioner Morrow, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, tha t the subject agreement be approved and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission be authorized to sign the Agreement for the City of Bozeman and the Mayor bedestgnated as a City Dfficial to sign the other documents pertaining to this project and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: I those voting Aye being Commissioner Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none.
