RESOLUTION PC2014-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA TO SUPPORT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT
STAFF RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COMMISSION FOR THE CODE
AMENDMENT CHANGE FOR THE PARKING DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS
TEXT AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the Bozeman Parking Commission has jurisdiction over the Bridger Park
Downtown Parking Facility and the four publicly owned and operated surface parking lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that The Parking Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana hereby wishes to go on record as being supportive of the code amendment
for the parking dimensional standards text amendment.
PASSED and adopted by the Parking Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, on
first reading at a session held on the 12th day of November, 2014.
