Commissioner Langohr opened the meeting Hith a prayer and the folloHing proceedings ,..ere had: Minutes of the last regular session held Herlnesday, 25 May 1966, vlere read and it Has moved by Commissioner Horrow, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the minutes be approved as read, and the motion Has carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none. c(~? laL~~3-_Bicyc ls:...~_ on (,la' 11 ~-! t:cce t: Chief Saunders of the Police Department gave a report on the control of Bicycles in the general business district. Mayor Sedivy thanked the Chief of Police for his extensive report. He also thanked the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and KXXL fot the assistance they have given in this matter. It Has moved by Commissioner Morrow, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the above report be accepted and that the Acting City Manager draft a letter to Mr. Jack Lovelace ''lith a copy to Hr. Lyman H. Bennett, advising them of the Conmlission action, and the motion Has carried by the follo,,,ing Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none. Fryslie reported on his attendance at the International City Managers Association training school held in Chicago, 8-13 May 1966. Ass"'t City Hanager Fryslie explained the school Has held for the purpose of up-dating City Hanagers and Assistants in the new theories of City Management. His report consisted of a complete resume of the school and the values derived therefrom. Mayor Sedivy extended the appreciation of the Commission on the complete- ness of his report, and it Has moved by Commissioner Morrow, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the Ass't.
