A proposed major subdivision preliminary plat application to allow the subdivision of a 5.49-acre tract of record to create 15 industrial lots, one common open space lot and dedicate rights-of-way. F. 16530 Blackmore Bend Master Site Plan (Krueger) NE corner of Highland Boulevard and East Main Street. Proposed master site plan for the development of three buildings incorporating one existing building and including the construction of common parking, circulation and site improvements. G. 16531 Blackmore Bend Marketplace Site Plan (Krueger) 1324 E. Main Street. NE corner of Highland Boulevard and East Main Street.
