In concurrence wj_th their wiShes, Mayor Morrow reported he bad signed a prOClamation to observe the week of January 24th to January 3u th as Junior Chamber of Connnerce Week. It was reported by The City Manager that th9 Boy Scout reouested permission to park an Exhibition Trailer on Main Stree t for the week of February 6th to February l3tn. The City ~2nager recommended that the request be granted subject I to the approval of the owner of the business firm in front of which they proposed parking aId of the Chief of Police in regard to stalls occupied. Deed of Porti-m of Garfield St. East of South Bozeman Avenue to City The City Manager reported that in order to provide a storm drainage right- of-Way the A.D.A. Corporation has deeded that portion of its property from the east side of South Bozeman Avenue to the east boundary of the University Sub- division as an extension of Garfield Street, to The City of Bozeman. The Vity Manager stated this would not become a burden to the City of Dozeman and re- com~ended acceptance of this deed. In concurrence with the recommendation of ~he iJity Manager, Commissioner Sedivy moved, and Commissioner Langohr seconded the acceptance of this deed.
