Present were Mayor Mlrrow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr, City Manager Cutt1ng, Ass't City Manager Frysiie, and the Clerk. Construc~lon Bids - City Munioipal Bul1dln~ Facility. The stated purpose of the meeting was to open and read construction bids for the new City Municipal Building Faoility. The affidavit of pubiication of the invitation to bidders was presented. It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, tha t all bids received be opened E:I.Ild read art! the motion was carried by the fOllowing Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy and Commissioner Langohr, those voting No, none.
