Present were Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr, City Manager Cutting, Asaft City Manager Fryslie, City Attorney Berg and tne Clerk. I Mayor Morrow opened the meeting with a prayer and the followlng proceedings were had: Minutes of the Last regu~r session held December 3v, 1964, were read and it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, ae conded by Commis sioner Langohr the. t the minutes be approved as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and " ;I No vote: Voting Aye, Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedi vy and Commissioner Langohr; voting No, none. Petition for Sanitar Sewer Trunk Line -- A pe ti tion to crea te a s peclal improvement district for the construe tion of a .... sewer line to serve an area in Biocks 24, 25, 27, 28 and portions of vaca ted Streets and Avenues within the Northern pacific Addition to Bozeman, Montana, signed by Jack B. Rosenthall for Jack's Drive-In, E. L. Suiiivan for Ranch House Motel, G. Glen Belnap, Manager of Ba1r's East Main Service; and Katherine E. Cass for Cass Apartments & Trailers were presented to the City Commission. The City Manager recommended that the City Engineer be instructed to ~scertain I district boundaries for maximum participation in the project and the City Attorney be directed to prepare a resolution of intention to create the district. It was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the foregoing action as recommended by the CiV,r Manager be approved and ini- tiated. The motion was carried by the following Aye ani No vote: Voting Aye, Ma yor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy and Commissioner Langohr; votlng No, none. Reports for December The fallowing reports were presented: Disposal Plant Uperator Poli ce Chief Fire Chief Police Judge Librarian Water Collector (Nov.) The City Manager commented on tne reports ~nd recommended their approval. It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the reports be approved in concurrence with the City Manager's recommendation and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: Voting Aye, Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy and Commissioner Langohr; voting No, none.
