Commissioner Langohr opened the meeting with a prayer and the following proceedings I were had: Minutes of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohrl that the minutes as read be approved and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Langohr and Commissioner Sedivy; those voting NOI none. ~unicipal B_~ilding Plans The construction plans for Bozeman's New Municipal Building as presented by Oswald Berg, Jr. and W. E. Grabol architects, were received and it was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the plans be taken under study for a period of one week pending receipt of' the contract specifications. In concurrence wi th the reconunenda tion of the Ac tlng Ci t Y Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Langohrl seconded by Commissioner Sedivy~ th~t Resolution No. 1139 be passed and adopted and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Commission authorized and directed to sign the subject deed as provided in said resolution.
