The Commission of The City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room,
City Hall Building, Wednesday, September 161 1964 at 1:00 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor
Morrowl Commissioner SediVYI Commissioner Langohrl Acting City Manager Fryslie, City Attorney
Berg and the Clerk.
Commissioner Langohr opened the meeting with a prayer and the following proceedings

Minutes of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy,
seconded by Commissioner Langohrl that the minutes as read be approved and the motion was
carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrow, Commissioner
Langohr and Commissioner Sedivy; those voting NOI none.
~unicipal B_~ilding Plans
The construction plans for Bozeman's New Municipal Building as presented by Oswald
Berg, Jr. and W. E. Grabol architects, were received and it was moved by Commissioner Langohr,
seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the plans be taken under study for a period of one
week pending receipt of' the contract specifications. The motion was carried by the following
Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor Morrowl Commissioner Langohr and Commissioner
Sedivy; those voting No, none.

In concurrenoe with the recommendation of the Acting City Manager, it was moved by
to attend the Montana Fire Chief Assooiation's meeting at Butte, on September 19thl and,
it being in the publio interestl the expenses incurred be charged to the General fund.
The motion was oarried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Mayor MPrrow,
Commissioner Langohr and Commissioner Sedivy; those voting NOI none.

In order to clear title to the land upon which the Eagles's Lodge
BUiLding is now situated, Commission Resolution No. 113~, and an
accompanying deed were presented:
