Pursuant to call in compliance withfue provisions of Section 11-3249, R.C.M. 1947, and Section
2.08.060 of the Bozeman Municipal Code, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, met in the Court
Room, City Hall Building, in special sessionl thursday, October 29, 1964, at 7:30 P.M. Present were
Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy, City Manager Cutting, City Attorney Berg and the Acting Clerk.
Construction Bids - City Municipal Building Facility.
The stnted prupose of the meeting was to open and read construction bids for the new City Mun-
icipal Building Facility. The affidavit of publication of the invitation to bidders was presented and

under study for ~urther consideration at the next regular session of the Commission and the motion

Adjournment.
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time it was moved by
