The Commission of tne City of Bozeman met in regular session in the
Commission Room, City Hall Building, Wednesday, 2 December 1964, at 1:00 O'CLOOK
P.M. Present were Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr,
City Manager Cutting, Ass't City, Manager Fryslie, City Attorney Berg and the
Clerk.
Commissioner Langohr opened the meeting with a pray'er and the fOLlowing
proceedings were had:
Minutes of the last regular session were read and it was moved by Comm-
issioner SedivYI seconded by Mayor Morrow that the minutes be approved as read
and the motion was carried by the fOllowing Aye and No vote: Voting Aye, Mayor
Morrow, Coml"1:l.ssioner Sedlvy and Commissioner, Langohri Voting No: None.
Cormnissioner Sedivy Excused from Regular Meetings:
It was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Mayor Morrow that Commissioner
Sedi vy be excused from the Regular meetings of the City Commission on the ~th and
16th of December to attend a NationaL Conference in Washingtonl D.C. as a Delegate
from the Montana Music Emlcators Association and the motion was carried by the
folLowing Aye and No vote: Voting Aye, Mayor Morrow, ComnisslonerLangohr; Voting
no; None.
Third Ar:nual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast:
Attorney DougLas Drysdale, in his capacity as Chairman of the Citizens
Commi ttee appeared to present a resolution of the Galla tin County CommisSioners
designating FridaYI December 41 1964, at 6:3U A.M. as the day for holding the
third Annual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast and to present Mayor Morrow with complimentary
tickets.
Walton Right of Way - S.l.D. #432': (Court award $3,500 depreciation, $525.00
value of land.)
City Attorney Berg gave a report on the outcome of the Water Right-of-Way
condemnation case in which the jury in District Court made the fOllowing award.

The Ci ty Attorney brief.LY explained to t he Commission testimony offered and
other aspects of the case that had transpired and advised the Commission that as
of Today judgement of the court had not been recorded and he would advise the
Commission at a later date of any additional action by the City Commission that
may be required in final disposa+ of this case.

The City Manager commented on the c~aims and stated he had audited them
and found them to be true and lawful clalms against The City of Bozeman and
recommended that they be approved and the Director Finance be directed to
iSBue warrants in payment. After examination of the claims in detail and
checking the claim registerl it was moved by Commissioner SediVYI seconded
by Commissioner Langohr that a.1l ciaims as presented be approved and the
motion was carried by the fO.1~owing Aye and No vote: Voting Aye, Mayor Morrow
Commissioner Sedivy and Commissioner Lanf,ohr; voting No: None.

There being no further business to come before the City Commission at
this time, it was moved by Commissioner Langohrl seconded by Comm~ssloner
Sedivy that the meeting adjourn and tho motion was carried by the fol~owing

Langohr; voting No; None.
