Present were Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Langonr, City Manager Cuttingl Asaft City Manager Fryslie, Acting vity Attorney Charles F. Angei and the ClerK. Mayor Morrow opened the meeting With a Prayer and the fOilowing proceedings were had: those voting No; none. Authorization to attend Police Academy Board Meeting The City Manager repprted tnere wou~d be a relice Academy Board Meeting in Hel.ena, on Friday December i8, l~64, and s~nce Chief of fOiic_1 c.;. It waa moved by Mayor Morrowl seconded by Commissioner Langohr, tna~ the autnority to travel as recommended be approved, ~d i~ being in the public interest, tne travei expenses incurred be paid from the General. December 24, 1964 - Paid Holiday declared by Governor Babcock The City M~ager revorted advice tnat the County Uffices were olosing on Tnursday, Decemoer 24, 1964, in accordance wl~n toe Governor's prociamation de- I I I I I I .. 71 claring ita holiday for State EmpLoyees and recommended tha t the paid h01.iday be extended to a1.l City Employees. It was moved by Commissioner Langohr, and seconded by Mayor Morrow, that the City Office be c~osed and December 24, ~964, be dec1.ared a paid ho~iday.
