On behalf of my wife Becky and me and our friends we traveled with, I wanted to send you
this letter to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Bozeman and share with you
how wonderful the people in your city are to visitors. Specifically there are four businesses
that deserve special recognition:
1. The Element Hotel
2. Enterprise Rental Car—Downtown
j3. Restaurants
a. Open Range
b. Blacksmith Italian
Coming from a city that is dependent on tourism and serving on its Convention Center
Advisory Board I understand how important it is to have people create a warm and inviting
atmosphere so visitors will feel they are wanted and appreciated. This was true everywhere
we went but especially at the above four.
While our actual time in Bozeman was only 2 days(Pt day in and last day out),your city and
residents have made a lasting impression and one we look forward to sharing with our
friends and travel professionals.
