Hook - Drought Management PlanEmail: edward.hook1@montana.edu Please type what you see: 674134 Message: Since 2006 MSU has reduced its potable water use by 26%. This has been accomplished by methodically practicing the principles and guidelines contained within the City of Bozeman Drought Management Plan — identifying potential water savings means and methods and acting upon those projects or procedures identified. To me this validates the City of Bozeman Drought Management Plan as a workable solution that, if followed as a Standard Operating Procedure, results in long-term, sustainable water conservation practices. MSU shares this information as a demonstration of the potential effectiveness of the City of Bozeman Drought Management Plan, encourages the plans implementation proactively rather than reactively, and pledges MSU’s continued participation in the community-wide water conservation effort both in continued proactive water conservation efforts and by demonstrating the reactive practices outlined in the City of Bozeman Drought Management Plan.
