I just heard about this SoBo project being built next to the Hauf.
I was wondering if it is possible to get the communities decision on this project.
I personally own a home on 8th and I don't think this would be the best use of that space. It will
increase traffic, road noise and affect the housing/rental market.
I am still a bit upset that 8th got redone and the home owners were forced to pay for it. That
redo increased university traffic 10 fold. I fear this building will do the same.
I home the city can reconsider something lease to fill that spot, something more useful to the
local families in the neighborhood.
