Home My WebLink About1969-11-19 436 Bozeman, Montana 19 November 1969 The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, Municipal Building, 19 November, 1969, at 1:00 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr, City Manager Fryslie, Ass't. City Manager Keyes, City Attorney Berg and the Clerk. Mayor Morrow opened the meeting with a prayer and the following proceedings were had: Minutes of the regular session held 12 November, 1969, were read and it was moved by Commiss- ioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy, Commiss- ioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. Authorization for C.R.O.P. Solic~tation, 24 November 1969: A request from Mr. Edmund P. Sedivy, Chairman of the Christian Relief Overseas prograv for permission to conduct a fund drive on Monday, 24 November, 1969, was presented. It was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Morrow, that permission be granted to hold the fund drive as outlined on Monday evening and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: Thos voting Aye being Commissioner Langohr and Mayor MOrrow; those voting No, none. Repor.s ~or~_October "Con tinued:" The following reports were presented for October: Cemetery Chief of Police The City Manager commented on the reports and recommended their approval. It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the reports be approved and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Comm- issioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the meeting be adjourned and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Langohr, Commiss- ioner Sedivy and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. ) ATTEST: ommissione I I I
