May I suggest a compromise, conditionally approving the liquor license but allowing them to
only serve spirits after school hours, say from 4 pm on, with the exception of weekends, when
they could serve during all open hours. Please don't hide behind bureaucracy with the "change of address" guise. Those business owners have invested a lot into what is an improvement over a seedy looking old building that stood on that corner before.
