Phone Number: (406) 425-1708 Message: Please reconsider Andy Holleran's plans for the corner of Olive and Black. First, the
architecture is horrid. It doesn't take much skill to design a box, and it does not fit in with it's
surroundings! He has built other block structures around town, and there's nothing aesthetically
pleasing about any of them!!! Secondly, there's the parking issue! Why would a housing/building permit be approved that does not accomodate for parking. Parking is already a premium in downtown Bozeman, and does not need an additional burden!!! None of the site's neighbors want
this building in their neighborhood. Remember, these people were there first and they should
have a strong say about what goes in there, if anything. Just because someone purchases land
downtown, does not give them the right to "free" build-put in whatever they want!!! Approving this plan would only open the door to other poorly conceived building plans!!! Please put the kabosh on this badly thought out idea!
