Ci ty Manager Keyes, City At torney Berg and the Clerk. Commissioner Sedivy opened the meeting with a prayer and the following proceedings were had: Minutes of the regular session held lq. This was the time and place set for receiving bids for reconstruction of the diversion and intake structures of Bozeman Creek and on Lyman Creek in connection with the Water Works Betterment Project. Affidavit of publication of "Notice to Bidders" was presented. The sealed bids were on file and it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the bids be opened and read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. The City Manager informed the Commission that as of 5:00 o'clock p.m., 19 May 1969, there were no protests on file and no one appeared to verbally protest the creation of the district. The City Manager recommended that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare a resolution creating the district. The Chief of Police requested that captain Dorman be authorized to attend the conference. It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that Captain Dorman be authorized to attend the conference and, it bein3 in the puhlic interest his expenses be charged to the General fund and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. May 1969 and the City Recreation Director recommended that the Park Recreation Board Chairman, the Recreation Director and the Park Superintendent be authorized to attend. It was pointed out that the Contractor of Interstate 90 East of construction from the City property.
