The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room. City Hall
Building. Wednesday. 18 June 1969. at 1:00 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Morrow. Commissioner
Sedivy. Commissioner Langohr. Acting City Manager Keyes and the Clerk.
Mayor Morrow opened the meeting with a prayer and the following proceedings were had:
Minutes of the regular session held 11 June 1969 were read and it was moved by Commissioner
Sedivy. seconded byCommissioner Langohr. that the minutes be approved as read and the motion was
carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy. Commissioner
Langohr and Mayor MOrrow; those voting No. none.
Minutes of theSpecial Meeting held 12 June 1969 were read and it was moved by Commissioner
Langohr. seconded by Commissioner Sedivy. that the minutes of the special meeting be approved as
read and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting No. none; those
voting Aye being Commissioner Langohr, Commissioner Sedivy and Mayor MOrrow.
Request from J.C.'s. to hold Vehicle Safety Check Program 25-26 July 1969:
A request from the Jaycess for permission to hold a ten-point Vehicle Safety Check Program on
Main Street in front of the Willson School on 25-26 July was presented. It was moved by Commissioner
Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the above request be granted and that they emphasis
the voluntary aspect of this program and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote:
Those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none.

The Acting City Manager commented on the reports and recommended their approval.
It was moved
by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the reports be approved and ordered
filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commiss-
ioner Langohr, Commissioner Sedivy and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none.
1969 Sidewalk Program:
The City Engineer had completed his survey of Walks and Curbs within the City and recommendation
for repair and/or installation for the year 1969.
Recess - to Inspect Walks and Curbs:
The meeting was recessed at 2:00 o'clock p.m. and the Commission proceeded to make its on the
ground annual inspection of "Walks & Curbs" within the City.
Meeting Reconvened at 3:15 P.M.:
Consideration of 1969 Sidewalk Program - Authority "Call for Bids" open 9 July 1969:
Following the annual inspection of the "Walks and Curbs" within the City, it was moved by Comm-
issioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the City Engineer's recommendation for repair
and/or installation of "Walks and Curbs" within the City for the year 1969 be approved and the Clerk
of the Commission be authorized and directed to advertise for bids for construction, replacement and
repair of such concrete sidewalks and curbs as may be ordered for the year 1969 for an opening date
of 9 July and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Comm-
issioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none.

Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the meeting he adjourned and the motion
