A proposed planned unit development to include a 24 lots, 31 unit phase (24 single
household, 7 accessory dwelling units) residential development. Relaxations to the zoning
code are requested.
C. 16508 MDT Bozeman Facilities Site Plan (Krueger)

Expansion of asphalt surfacing in the utility yard spaces and the expansion and modification
of stormwater facilities.
D. 16417 Calumet Plaza Site Plan (Rice )
3704 Equestrian Lane
Resubmitted site plan application proposing a mixed use building with retail on the bottom
floor and residential on the top floor.
E. 16516 J&D Family Subdivision Pre-Application (Rogers)
570 Automotive Avenue
A proposed minor subdivision of an existing lot into three lots, one for commercial
development, one for multi-household development and one for restricted development.
F. 16495 Buffalo Wild Wings at Home Depot INF (Owens)
North 19th Avenue, due north of Home Depot
A proposed mixed use building including commercial space and restaurant with associated
parking and circulation.
