Present were Mayor Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr, City Nanager Fyrslie, Ass't. City Manager Keyes, City Attorney Berg a:<d the Clerk. A study had indicated that several potential uses may be desirable for this land by puhlic agencies, incl.udin:; the City for Park and Recreation purposes or, as a possible location for City shops and yards; Sehoo1 District No.7 as a possible school site. Follmving discussion, the Commission concurred with the recommendation of the City Hanager and it \vas ,noved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that on the basis of possible public use the City would not be interested in entertaining any sale proposals of the property at this time and the motion \vas carried by the follmving lI.ye and No vote: those voting Aye being Crltnmissioner Langohr, Commissioner Sedivy ann Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. It \vas moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the reports be approved and ordered fi led and the modon was carried by the following lI.ye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commiss- ioner Sedivy, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none.
