Frys1ie, City Manager for the City of Bozc- man and approved as to fom by the City Attorney, was presented together with Hr. Fryslie's oath of office. Strang he authorized to attend the school and, it being in the public interest his expenses be paid frmr the Water fund and the motion \-las carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Cmrmissioner Sed ivy, Commissioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. January 1969, at Lindley Park ~\'as presented. In concurrence with the recommendation of the City Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Langohr, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the Boy Scouts be granted this permission and that they pick up I-;haf-ever litter that has occured immediately folloHing the program and the motion was carried by the follmJing aye and No; those voting Aye being Commissioner Langohr, Commissioner Sedivy and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. f!:"_C?_l::."~_~~~S.-~?_1~ :_._J,~ 1,-t.e.l?:._J~_c!~lE~~_~__T',,~2?Et.,}i92~!!:: : Mayor Morrow announced his proclamation of the month of January 1969, as "Alien Address Report Month" in Bozeman, and request all citizens, employees, and officers of the City of Bozeman to assist and encourage every alien within the City of Bozeman to report his address at the nearest Post Office or Immigration and Naturalization Service Office during the month of January 1969. It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Langohr, tha t the mayor's proclama tion be endorsed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being COTrmissioner Sedivy, Con~issioner Langohr and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. In concurrence \Ji th their wishes, Mayor Morrow reported he had issued the requested proclamation urging all citizens of our community to give full consider- ation to the future services of the Bozeman Jaycees. It was moved by Commissioner Langohr, sec- onded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the Mayor's Proclamation be approved and endorsed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Langohr, Comm- issioner Sedivy and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. (Dec) . The City Hanager commented on the reports and recommended their approval. It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Mayor Morrow, that the reports be approved and ordered filed and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy, and Mayor Morrow; those voting No, none. Tribute to F. Berlil Linfield: Mayor Morrow and the City Commission offidally noted the dea th of F. BertH Linfield on Monday, 30 December 1968, and directed that an appropriate letter of condolence be addressed to the widow and family of F. Bertil Linfield. ~1j_(:~:C:_0!l2.~tl_~_:.
