West Villard Street as described in Document No. 2473487 does not conform with the location of West Villard Street on the Preliminary Plat of Valley Meadows to the east. In order to ensure that the future street to the east will line up, the location of West Villard Street as dedicated hereon was adjusted to match the distance north of the southeast corner of Tract 7 as shown on Preliminary Plat of Valley Meadows. The West Villard Street dedication is made in lieu of the easement conveyed in Document No. 2473487 and said easement is hereby released. 2. Plats G-27 and G-27-A apparently established the southeast and southwest corners of Tract 7 of Smith Subdivision incorrectly. No monuments were found that fit the G-27 dimensions.
