city ordinances there should be no reason why they should be denied any variance to their license. The
idea of students K-5 somehow being influenced by the proximity of the Taproom and its serving of
alcohol in any form is ludicrous. Bozeman is a thriving and vibrant community with growing pains.
People should realize that times have changed especially with the ending of Prohibition in 1933.
