prospect of another luxury apartment building (corner of Olive & 9th) going up that would have
a negative impact on our historic downtown. Of course rapid growth is happening; we need
affordable housing and buildings that have enough parking for the influx of people. We need to keep the character and "livability" of our city, not turn it over to developers who could care less about the little people who are being displaced. Your oversight needs to be mindful of all, not
just wealthy tourists.
