HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-16-16, Public Comment, C. Bordy,Tap Room Dear Bozeman City Commission: In a short period of time, the Bozeman Taproom has added a needed and exceptional presence to Downtown Bozeman, especially the east end. The business did a remarkable job of transforming an unsightly corner into a tasteful and well-appointed establishment. One evening earlier in the summer I was coming back from Livingston after dark and drove down Mendenhall. I marveled at the unobtrusive assemblage enjoying the rooftop. The Taproom is not the type of bar that will give rise to rowdy and obnoxious crowds. There should be absolutely no concern that school children may observe anything other than a typical restaurant lunch crowd during school hours. I would encourage the Bozeman City Commission to approve the modification to the Bozeman Taproom’s alcohol license so that all beverages may be served. Jennifer Wendt Bordy Attorney at Law 611 W.
