Phone Number: (406) 600-1034 Message: Please do not pass the tourist tax in Bozeman. I live in Madison county and have to
drive to Bozeman to buy all my groceries and household needs. If the city were to impose a sales
tax I would be forced to drive to Butte and or Helena to do my shopping. Which is sad because I
only live ten miles over the Gallatin, Madison county lines. But if driving the extra miles would save me from paying sales tax I would reluctantly take my money to the other towns. Please consider the families in surrounding communities that would be effected by this.
