Dear City Commision,
I have 2 children attending Hawthorne, kindergarten and first grade. Please deny modificationof the Taproom's licensure for alcohol due to the close proximity to our school. Keep our
children safe. Many children walk home from school as late as 4:30 and hopefully they don'tcome across someone who has been drinking for hours at the Taproom. In fact, maybe the
Taproom should just start serving beer/wine much later in the day than they currently do.Thank you for your serious and thoughtful consideration of our children's safety.
