residents. Please, please, do not give Bozeman away. Already, parking is a problem, traffic is a
problem. Why does downtown need to grow at such a rapid pace? Bozeman residents do not
want to live in Seattle. Why not develop N 7th with residential buildings? That's a better fit for the space. Why not relax ADU requirements for homeowners to help with affordable housing in a slower, more aesthetically balanced way? The current building boom and approvals with
extremely relaxed parking reqs has not lessened sprawl, and has made the already property tax-
stressed Bozeman residents feeling bitter and unheard.
