Site plan application for the demolition of the existing office building and the construction of a
56 unit apartment building and related site improvements that includes: 16 studio apartments,
24 one bedroom apartments, 16 two bedroom apartments, 32 parking spaces, 4 carshare
vehicles. 1000 square feet of commercial uses are proposed on the ground floor.
