Message: Just to note to express our thanks for putting the west and northwest side of
Bozeman at the top of the list for much needed road improvements. With all the developmentthat is taking place, it is becoming more and more difficult to navigate streets on this side of
the city. And, especially thanks for the planned traffic circle at Oak and Davis. In regard toSundance apartments in Baxter Meadows. Would you please re-notice the zoning variance that
is being requested? I suspect that the majority of the residents here are unaware that more ofthe commercial zoning may be given away in favor of higher density. With all the
development along Baxter, Oak, 27th, and Catron and the proposed high school and sportfields, I believe we have the density to support commercial. Teri Ball
