Message: From the downtown TIF district map it seems this southside high rise
apartment/shops complex being proposed is just outside the TIF district. Will you be sneakingit into the TIF district by boundary change? That of course means all these people who
develop or live in the high rise will not pay property taxes to county, school, city, state fordecades to come, yet will immediately add to burden on all these public services immediately.
So rest of us in Gallatin County suffer increased property taxes. The developer seems to havereceived lots of goodies from TIF districts so far.
