To whom it may concern,
I am the parent of a six year old at Morning Star. In an effort to support families who attend
Hawthorne and are not able to choose their district, I strongly oppose The Taproom obtainingall beverage approval.
I feel that it would extremely irresponsible for the commission to grant approval. The
Taproom chose to open their location directly across from an elementary school; if theyintended to serve spirits they should have chosen another location!
This will put the hundreds of children attending Hawthorne a risk of seeing intoxicated adults,
drunk drivers, and inappropriate adult behavior when traveling to and from school.
