It is my understanding that the City already bent the rules for the Taproomto allow them to open in their current location due to the fact that they are "only serving beer and wine." Approving this proposal will set a precedent for future developments and degradeBozeman's planning regulations pertaining to bars near schools. Although there are bars on Main Street these are not directly across from the school. The Commissioners should vote NOon the Taproom application to preserve a healthy enviroment for our children.
