I'm writing in support of the Bozeman Taproom's request for an all beverage license. I have been
working with the owners on their concept and assisting in the beer selection process since the taproom
was only an idea. They are all great individuals and family men. They have had a great vision about what
kind of establishment they want to operate since the beginning and I've seen it come to fruition. The
taproom is a very inviting place for men and women of all ages. I believe that their focus on serving
quality craft beer and wine will not change with the additional option for distilled spirits. In fact I feel
that it will create an opportunity to showcase even more local products as they would be able to serve
locally made spirits from Wildrye, Bozeman Spirits, Roughstock and many other Montana distilleries.
The bottom line is that the Hawthorne school is located in downtown Bozeman, where there are quite a
few businesses that serve hard alcohol within a couple of blocks. Thank you for your consideration.
