There are numerous establishments within a block of the school, and I can't fathom why the Tap Room having
an all beverage license should be any different than the Pour House, Colonelcks, 317, or the Zebra having an
all beverage license.
The Tap Room's family atmosphere sets it apart from the other bars in the close vicinity and one serving of
liquor is the same as one serving of wine, or one serving of beer. I don't feel the addition of spirits at the Tap
Room will have negative impact on the neighborhood.
