Ongoing Development Projects:
5 West Overview, currently under construction, completion slated for spring 2017
Lark Hotel Addition, construction starting this summer
Rialto Theater, plans have been approved by city, construction slated to begin in June
Masonic Temple, removing awful stucco to uncover all historic windows and brick. Slated to
finish by late August.
NeBo residential project, 12 units, 400 block of East Mendenhall slated to complete late
summer?
Business Opening Updates: no changes since May
Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Office opening soon at 37 S. Willson Ave
Union Market to open at 39 North Rouse, dine-in, take-out grocery and deli counter.
Bozeman Tap Room to open at northwest corner of Rouse and Mendenhall, serving extensive
tap beer selection, rooftop seating), in midst of large renovation
BISL now open at 33 West Main Street
Delicious Bakery opening very soon on south Willson Ave.
Caspian Restaurant now open on South Bozeman Ave.
Fin closed, Mexican Restaurant slated to open in location in July
